Two men were busted in Florida after a TikTok video showed them performing unauthorized surgery on a dog that later led to its death, according to a report.
Larry Colon, 50, allegedly was trying to save money by having Frankie Huertas-Rivera, 33, perform a C-section on his pregnant French Bulldog in his Clermont home, news station WESH reported.
Colon told authorities that he agreed to pay $650 cash for the operation to Huertas-Rivera, who he said claimed to be a veterinarian.
The surgery was captured by Colon’s 15-year-old daughter in a video posted to TikTok, the outlet reported.
In the footage, the dog was seen squirming in pain on a table in Colon’s home, the outlet reported.
Colon later brought the animal to a veterinarian’s office, but the pooch had already died, the news outlet reported. Two unborn puppies were also dead inside of her.

The vet staff said that Colon told them the surgery was performed by an unlicensed person and he knew it shouldn’t have been done, the outlet reported.
Colon was arrested Friday on a charge of animal cruelty, the outlet reported. Huertas-Rivera faces the same charge in addition to another for practicing medicine without a license.
