Florida cop who shoved BLM protester was accused of threatening nightclub attendant months earlier, internal report shows

Pohorence, who denies threatening the attendant, was cleared of improper misconduct following an internal investigation that ended last month, the Sentinel reported. But he and the other Fort Lauderdale cop at the scene, Sgt. Wilgienson Auguste, were found guilty of failing to report the off-duty police interaction. It was unclear what kind of disciplinary action the pair could face as a result.
