Patzer, who’s gotten support from “Sopranos” star Steve Schirripa, is considered a frontrunner in the race for the District 47 seat, which incumbent Councilman Mark Treyger is leaving at the end of the year due to term limits. Also running are former Assemblyman Alec Brook-Krasny, Treyger staffer Ari Kagan and community organizer Joe Packer.
